Deer Milking NZ (DMNZ) has engaged the services of Food Innovation Waikato (FIW) to spray-dry its premium New Zealand Deer Milk into a shelf-stable, high-value powder—destined for use in nutraceuticals and functional health products around the world.

The state-of-the-art drying facility in Hamilton enables DMNZ to preserve the unique bioactive properties of deer milk, including its rich profile of peptides, A2 proteins, minerals, and immune-supporting nutrients, making it ideal for global health and wellness applications.
