DMNZ appoints New Manager to reach Global Export demands

Deer Milking NZ (DMNZ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dan Prattley to lead our global export sales and partnership development strategy, as we expand the reach of our high-value deer milk ingredient into international markets.

Dan brings a wealth of experience in commercialising and growing New Zealand innovation globally, having held roles spanning management consulting, banking, startups, and New Zealand Trade & Enterprise (NZTE) . With a focus and passion for Food, Fibre and Technology, Dan has worked closely with leading health and nutrition brands and played a pivotal role in global strategy, helping to secure international partnerships across the functional food and nutraceutical sectors.

 Dan’s expertise in cross-border trade, market access, and brand positioning will be instrumental as DMNZ scales its premium New Zealand High-Value Nutrition (HVN) ingredients business into Southeast Asia and beyond’.
